Julie de Bréon holds two Masters' degree in Public Economic Law and Public Law (Security and Defence) from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. She practised with the law firms Clifford Chance and Watson Farley & Williams before joining the legal department of Bouygues Telecom, where she was in charge of the mobile business and strategic administrative litigation.

Rémi Ducloyer holds a Master's degree in Public Affairs from Sciences Po, a Master's degree in Public Litigation from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne and a diploma from the Institute of Public Business Law. He developed his expertise and practice in the field of regulation and public contracts at the law firms Gide, Jones Day and Baker McKenzie, where he had been counsel since 2019.
